This Cookie Policy explains how the FleetCentral website (“fleetcentral.resonantt.com”) uses cookies. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Note that this policy concerns the website; the FleetCentral mobile app does not use cookies — it stores your sign-in token in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser. Cookies let a site remember information between page loads — for example, that you are signed in — so it can function correctly.
What cookies do we use?
We keep this short because we use very few cookies. The FleetCentral website sets a single, strictly necessary cookie:

This cookie is set with the Secure attribute (sent only over HTTPS) and SameSite=Lax (not sent on cross-site requests). It is removed when you sign out. Because it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for — signing in — it does not require consent under typical cookie laws.
What we don't use
- We do not use analytics or performance cookies (no Google Analytics, no similar trackers).
- We do not use advertising, marketing, remarketing, or retargeting cookies.
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies, pixels, or web beacons.
- We do not sell or share any cookie data with third parties.
If this changes in the future
If we later introduce non-essential cookies — for example, analytics to understand how the site is used — we will update this policy, list those cookies here, and where required by law present a consent banner so you can accept or decline them before they are set. We will revise the “Last updated” date above whenever this policy changes.
How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to block them. If you block the fleet_token cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in to the FleetCentral website. Disabling a cookie does not delete it from your browser — you will need to do that yourself from within your browser's settings.
